Fetch a unique reward link

get https://society.ton.org/v1/activities/{activity_id}/rewards/{participant_id}

Returns a unique reward link using participant's wallet friendly address or Telegram user id. Activity participants can connect a wallet before they start participating in the activity. In case of Telegram Mini App, simply use window.Telegram.WebApp.initData.user.id.
